Bighorn
Sheep Hunts
We hunt an area called the Bighorn Crags,
along the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, sheep units 527-2, 527-3, 527-L, 528-1, and
528-2. This hunt is very physical but produces excellent rams. We horse pack into base
camps and then back-pack into spike camps to access some of the finest sheep country in
North America. The sheep tags are issued by a lottery drawing. We can supply you with
applications which must be postmarked no later than April 30th.

Mountain Goat Hunts
Mountain Goat hunting in Idaho
and in the Middle Fork of the Salmon river can be one of the
most rewarding
hunts you will ever be on. This area contains some of Idaho's top Mountain Goat
populations. Trophy billies are common. Idaho Fish & Game are opening new areas
for the 2007 fall hunting season. These areas haven't been hunted for Goats
since the 1970's. If you want a trophy Mountain Goat don't miss the application
period in April. Odd's for Goat are very good. They are around 1 in 7.
Season Dates are August 30th
thru mid November.

Shiras Moose Hunts
Moose hunting in Idaho has proven to be one
of the states big success stories. Moose populations are stable with some
potential trophy class bulls in many areas. We offer backcountry hunts by mule
and horseback. Other front range hunts can be arranged. Odd's are very
good to draw these tags. Idaho currently has over 1,000 moose permits given out
statewide. These hunts can also be combined with elk, deer or bear. You won't
want to miss this opportunity! The application period for moose is April.
Season Dates are August 30th thru mid
November.
