Spring Black Bear /Wolf Combo Hunts
We offer horseback, wall tent hunts for black bear and combo this with wolf for an unforgettable week of hunting. These hunts can be over bait (for bear) or spot and stalk, whichever you prefer. Bighorn offers a 2 bear area with reduced tags. Wolves are also at reduced tag prices with a bag limit of 5.
Horse back hunts are all 6 day hunts; May and June.
1X1- $4,500 or 2X1- $3,600 each.
Wolf Tags only $31.75 each
Bear Tags only $41.75 each
Fall Black Bear Hunts
The fall bear hunt is a horseback, and wall-tent based hunt. These hunts can be over bait or spot and stalk, whicher you prefer. This specific fall bear camp offers the unique option to have natural hotsprings in camp to relax and unwind in after a long day. This bear hunt is 6 days and is during late August - early September.
We often have a good majority of color phased bears consisting of choclate and blonde colored bears as well as the common color black.
* All Idaho bear hunters are now required to take and pass a bear identification test before hunting! This is being enforced by The Idaho Fish and Game Department of Wildlife.
